I have paid by bank transfer and my money has not yet arrived

Transfers from an EU country to PAYLAX can take up to 2 working days, transfers from outside the EU can take up to 4 working days, in rare cases up to 6 banking days. Please note that on weekends no transfers are processed. Transfers within the EU, which are not in EUR, are processed as international payments and may take longer accordingly.
Please also check that you have indicated the correct purpose of payment on your transfer. You can see the purpose of the payment in the detailed view of the escrow payment by clicking on 'Show transfer data'. If you have not indicated a reason for payment or have indicated the wrong reason for payment, please send us a copy of your transfer receipt to service@paylax.com. Please note that the purpose of payment is different from the transaction code and a new purpose of payment is created for each payment.
